Handling front office Reception and visitor management. Handling in coming phone calls. Managing client support calls/emails and entry in Help Desk Management. Filing and administrative support. Sales and operations data entry work. Payments and collection coordination. This is office based job. Candidates must be fluent (speaking, reading & writing) in both English and Arabic which is a minimum requirement. Good writing and reading skills. Experience is MS word, Excel, power point is a must etc. Ability to work under pressure and to to multi tasking is an advantage. Qualifications - Diploma holder only need apply
