We are looking for an ambitious Business Developer to provide support to the Business Development department by executing daily business development tasks.
You will be part of a team of professionals working to maintain business growth of the company.
Key Roles include:
• Sell Company’s services and solutions using solid arguments to prospective customers
• Research organizations and individuals to find new sales opportunities.
• Perform cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers
• Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, emails, and face-to-face meeting
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets/KPIs and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
• Conduct competitor analyses as requested
• Research & collaborate on new Business Strategies
• Develop business objectives
• Participate in your own Quarterly KPI/Performance Reviews
• Create sales forecasts and reports as requested
• Network with customers as requested
• Ability to understand Customer Requirements
• Take notes from Customers and relay to Senior Leader
• Capable to perform other duties as assigned
