In agreeing to read the Terms and Conditions and as required as a visitor or user of this website, said Terms and Conditions are legally binding for your use of the website and thus forms a binding Agreement and therefore you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions contained herein.

The website, its features, original content, functions and any subsequent enhancements subsequent to original content are owned by Principle of Change LLC and is therefore under the protection of trademark, copyright, patent or trade secret and is thus considered the intellectual property (or other proprietary rights laws) of Principle of Change LLC.

You may not share Your password or other account access information with any other party, temporarily or permanently, and You shall be responsible for all uses of Your website registrations and passwords, whether or not authorized by You. You agree to immediately notify Principle of Change LLC of any unauthorized use of Your account, Profile, or passwords. The Privacy Policy associated with the website is contained as a link on the website and all users should make themselves familiar with it.



3. First and Second Party Relationship


Any employment opportunity that is posted by an organization that is a duly registered Company within the Sultanate of Oman, is the responsibility of that organization or Company in terms of employment description accuracy. Any personal information uploaded by employment seekers is the responsibility of the registered individual. Principle of Change LLC takes no responsibility for the accuracy of information provided by either registered Company or Omani individual that utilizes this website.
Any successful applicant for an employment opportunity and which involves communication between both parties (Company and Employee) are the responsibility of both parties. Principle of Change LLC does not enter into contractual agreements (including remuneration negotiations) between both parties nor engage in conflict disputes between both parties nor enter into a communication process to mediate disputes between both parties.
Employment opportunities that are posted by any organization or Company can only be applied for by Omani nationals. Employment seekers from countries outside of the Sultanate of Oman are not permitted to apply for employment opportunities that are posted. Registered users of this website, whether from an organization or Company, or an employment opportunity seeker must be of legal age for the Sultanate of Oman. The Company employing the job seeker is responsible for checking and assuring age eligibility.



4. All Website Users agree to not:


(a) transmit, post, distribute, store or destroy material, including without limitation website content, in violation of any applicable law or regulation, including but not limited to laws or regulations governing the collection, processing, or transfer of personal information, or in breach of Principle of Change LLC's privacy policy;
(b) use any device to navigate or search the website other than the tools available on the Site, generally available third party web browsers, or other tools approved by Principle of Change LLC;
(c) use any data mining, robots or similar data gathering or extraction methods;
(d) violate or attempt to violate the security of the website including attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization;
(e) forge any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any e-mail or newsgroup posting;

(g) aggregate, copy or duplicate in any manner any of the website Content or information available from the website, including expired job postings, other than as permitted by these Terms and Conditions;
(h) post any content or material that promotes or endorses false or misleading information or illegal activities, or endorses or provides instructional information about illegal activities or other activities prohibited by these Terms, such as making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy, violating the cultural norms of the Sultanate of Oman or providing or creating computer viruses or pirating media; (i) post any resume or Profile or apply for any job on behalf of another party;
(j) defer any contact from an employer to any agent, agency, or other third party;
(k) set more than one copy of the same resume to public at any one time;
(l) share with a third party any login credentials to the website;
(m) access data not intended for You or logging into a server or account which You are not authorized to access;
(n) post or submit to the website any incomplete, false or inaccurate biographical information or information which is not Your own;
(o) post content that contains restricted or password-only access pages, or hidden pages or images;
(p) solicit passwords or personally identifiable information from other Users;
(q) delete or alter any material posted by any other person or entity;
(r) harass, incite harassment or advocate harassment of any group, company, or individual;

(v) use the website for any unlawful purpose or any illegal activity, or post or submit any content, resume, or job posting that is defamatory, libelous, implicitly or explicitly offensive, vulgar, obscene, threatening, abusive, hateful, racist, discriminatory, of a menacing character or likely to cause annoyance, inconvenience, embarrassment, anxiety or could cause harassment to any person or include any links to pornographic, indecent or sexually explicit material of any kind, as determined by Principle of Change LLC's discretion.
Violations of system or network security may result in civil and/or criminal liability. Principle of Change LLC will investigate occurrences which may involve such violations and may involve, and cooperate with, law enforcement authorities in prosecuting Users who are involved in such violations.



5. Third Party Links


Principle of Change LLC from time to time may contain third party website links. Regarding such website links, Principle of Change LLC has no control nor responsibility over the content, practices or policies for said third party websites or services. Users of third party website links should familiarize themselves with any Terms and Conditions should they be displayed on those third party websites.



6. Job Posting Restriction


Countries outside of the Sultanate of Oman are prohibited from advertising employment opportunities on this website for employment in their own country and will be removed as registered Companies should such advertising be discovered. Registered companies in the Sultanate of Oman can however advertise employment opportunities for positions in countries outside of the Sultanate of Oman.



7. Governing Law


Terms and Conditions as set out within this webpage are governed and construed in accordance with existing laws, rules and regulations that are as such made or promulgated by the Government of the Sultanate of Oman.



8. Access Termination


Principle of Change LLC reserves the right to terminate your access to the website without either notice or reason. This may result in the destruction of all information associated with you. Any form of abuse written either from an organization or an individual. Any uploaded data or statements that work in force against the cultural or religious norms of the Sultanate of Oman will result in instant termination of your access to the website and you will be reported to the Royal Oman Police or other prosecuting authority as appropriate. Furthermore, Users have the right to delete their account (whether Company or Individual) at any time.



9. Refunds


Organizations or Companies that post employment opportunities and for which pay monies for said advertisements will not be refunded such monies should the employment opportunity not result in any successful applicant.
Any employment seeker who enters into a contract with an organization or Company for which remuneration is not forthcoming by that organization or Company for work performed cannot seek refund(s) from Principle of Change LLC. (Refer First and Second Party Relationship above).



10. Changes to Terms & Conditions Agreement


Principle of Change LLC reserves the right at our absolute discretion to modify, replace, amend or delete any of the Terms and Conditions by promulgating as such on the website. Any continued use of the website after such changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions. You are strongly urged to periodically check the Terms and Conditions on this website for any changes that may have been made. If you do not agree to any of this Agreement stated within the Terms and Conditions outlined, you should not use, nor continue to access the website and should discontinue to use the website immediately.
